Can I use a recording I already have?
Yes, you can upload a recording or transcript. Only use a recording you have permission to process.
Will a bot join my meeting?
No. ActionThread captures from your own device rather than sending a bot into the call. Capture options depend on your device and app.
Do I need to tell people I’m recording?
Yes. Make recording visible and confirm that participants agree before starting. ActionThread keeps that step part of every capture.
What if it gets a name, date or commitment wrong?
Review the source words, correct the proposed details or reject the item. A vague phrase such as “next week” stays unresolved until you confirm a date.
Does it send follow-ups without me?
No. Follow-ups are drafts that you review and send, and CRM changes are shown for your approval first.
What can I try for free?
The Free plan includes one member with one pooled hour a month, and Ask works on one meeting at a time.
How much is the Seats plan?
₹499 per member per month, excluding applicable taxes, for 1–30 members. Each member adds 20 pooled hours.
