The privacy policy explains what ActionThread processes and why. The Data Processing Agreement sets out the roles and responsibilities when your organisation uses ActionThread.
Make a request
Workspace admins can export organisation data and request deletion in Settings. Anyone can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of their data through the contact page; tell us the email address on the account so we can find the records.
What happens next
We confirm who is asking before acting on a request, then tell you what we found and what we changed. Deleting an organisation starts a grace period before its data is removed, as the privacy policy describes.
